Waiting, waiting, waiting....Though I did happen to find out that the couple who owned the home before is a divorced couple, so they need to be together to sign these papers. COME ON ALREADY!

Everything in it's time I suppose. I just feel like I am sitting on this. I can't do a thing until they sign!
OK, I know it's not easy to get together to meet with somebody, especially if you have that potential emotional side with meeting up with your ex to begin to "let go" of a property you've had together...
I just hope that all goes well. Please keep us in your prayers. Me for patience especially. lol...
